111SKIN appoints Non-Executive Director to support global expansion
111SKIN has appointed Sarah Rotheram as a Non-Executive Director, a move aimed at strengthening its direct-to-consumer business and accelerating growth in key international markets, including North America and Asia.
Rotheram brings more than two decades of experience in the beauty, fashion, and luxury sectors. Her career includes leadership roles as Chief Executive of Creed Fragrances, Miller Harris, Cradle Group - parent company of Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur - and Aspinal of London.
Known for her focus on brand positioning, product development, customer experience, and sustainability, she is expected to contribute strategic insight as 111SKIN enters its next phase of expansion.
She joins Angela Ahrendts DBE, who has been advising 111SKIN as part of her role as Senior Operating Advisor at SKKY Partners. SKKY Partners took a minority stake in 111SKIN earlier this year.
Dr. Yannis and Eva Alexandrides, co-founders of 111SKIN, said: "We are delighted to welcome Sarah to 111SKIN. She brings exceptional global luxury expertise at a pivotal moment for our brand, as we strengthen our position in the premium skincare category and accelerate our international growth."
Founded in 2012 by renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides, 111SKIN is a global brand that pairs "highly effective actives with breakthrough technologies" to form a range of luxury skincare products.
"The team at 111SKIN have built an incredibly distinctive brand with first-class products. I’m looking forward to partnering with the leadership group during this next phase of expansion," said Rotheram.
