Actress Elizabeth Banks named as face of No7

British beauty brand No7 has named actress and filmmaker Elizabeth Banks as its first celebrity partner in the US. 

The 49-year-old will promote the brand’s products in the US, including its Future Renew range, according to WWD.

It also plans to introduce new products and aims to boost overall brand awareness in the US with the help of Banks.

Known for her role as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games trilogy, Banks has also starred in the Pitch Perfect film series, amongst many other films.

She made her directorial debut with Pitch Perfect 2 in 2015 and more recently wrote, directed and starred in the 2019 remake of Charlie's Angels.

Banks will join No7's line-up of brand ambassadors, including celebrity makeup artist Adam Burrell and actress Keeley Hawes.

Hawes was named as the face of No7's Future Renew range earlier this year. Featuring a super-peptide blend, the collection represents the biggest cosmetic science innovation in the brand’s history.

It broke records to become the brand’s fastest selling product range ever, selling more products in the first two weeks than any other previous launch from No7.
