AKT London launches first deodorant balm for sensitive skin
AKT London has released an unscented version of its award-winning natural deodorant balm - the brand's first balm designed for sensitive skin.
Continuing with the names taking inspiration from the theatre, SC.00 NO NOTES asks you to "imagine a blank page, an empty stage, before the masterpiece, the accolades, and the ovations - just you and the anticipation of what's to come. No distractions. No notes. Just boundless creativity."
Andy Coxon and Ed Currie, Co-founders of AKT London, said: "We have had a lot of outreach from customers wanting an unfragranced and sensitive version of the Deodorant Balm.
"Some people react to fragrance oils and presume it is something else. Having developed this and had it clinically tested and approved for sensitive skin, we know it will answer a lot of people’s problems when it comes to switching to a natural deodorant."
Ed and Andy met in 2015 whilst performing in a show in London's West End. During this time, they were let down by mainstream deodorants and realised the need for an effective solution to use on stage and throughout their busy lifestyles.
The duo set out to create their own deodorant and after three years of testing on friends and cast mates, AKT London was born.
Launched in 2020, AKT London is designed with efficacy, strong environmental ethics and premium fragrances. Its products are made in the UK and housed in vibrant, plastic-free packaging.
