Aroma-Zone steps up UK growth drive with new London pop-up

French skincare brand Aroma-Zone is set to host a new pop-up experience at Westfield London from 28 to 31 August 2026, inviting visitors to discover its products and natural skincare expertise.

Built around the theme “France’s Favourite Serums. Discover Yours”, the activation will focus on Aroma-Zone’s range of serum formulas, combining product discovery with expert beauty advice, personalised recommendations and an interactive game.

The pop-up is designed to increase brand awareness in a high-footfall retail environment while supporting customer acquisition, product discovery and trial. It also provides the brand with an opportunity to increase social visibility following the opening of its first UK store at Westfield London last year.

The interactive experience will centre on a serum tabletop displaying the brand’s range, with each product accompanied by information about its identity, key ingredients, benefits and proven results. An accompanying A-Z wall of active ingredients will allow visitors to explore the compounds used in Aroma-Zone’s formulas and understand how different ingredients relate to common skincare concerns and desired results.

Visitors will begin their journey at the Serum Bar, where an Aroma-Zone beauty expert will discuss their skincare needs before recommending a suitable serum. The recommendation will be handwritten on a physical ticket, with each participant receiving a standard ticket that can be redeemed at an Aroma-Zone store for a small gift.

The experience will also feature the Blue Bottle Game, a precision-timing challenge inspired by Aroma-Zone’s Hyaluronic Acid 3.5% Serum. Winners will have their standard ticket upgraded to a Golden Ticket, which can be redeemed in-store for a full-size Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

The pop-up follows Aroma-Zone’s UK launch, which began with the opening of its first UK store at Westfield London in November 2025. The 340m² flagship offers more than 500 natural skincare, haircare and wellness products, alongside beauty workshops and the brand’s Booster Bar, which Aroma-Zone described as a first for the UK market.

At the time of the store opening, EO Sabrina Herlory Rouget told TheIndustry.beauty: "For us, this store is also a lab - a space to engage with British consumers, understand their obsessions and needs, and explore areas that the market hasn’t fully addressed. It’s where we can tell our story and explain what we stand for."

The latest activation extends that approach into a shorter-term, interactive format, giving visitors the opportunity to explore Aroma-Zone’s products and ingredients while receiving personalised guidance from the brand.
