Orveon Global has announced its plans to champion innovation and boost the growth of its brands, bareMinerals, Laura Mercier and Buxom.

The group has said it will continue to focus on establishing a "strong and effective" company structure in order to move into the next phase of sustainable face care.

Looking ahead, Orveon Global also hopes to drive innovation and international expansion by identifying areas of improvement, growth and reinvention to ensure its brands remain legacy products for years to come.

Since Orveon Global was founded in December 2021, the company has made a number of appointments to its executive leadership committee and 374 new hires, with plans for an additional 100 by the end of 2022.

This year, the group appointed Diane Kim as Brand President of Laura Mercier, Salima Popatia as Chief Digital & Marketing Services Officer, Marco Ficarelli as International Chief Revenue Officer, Emilia Flamili as Chief Financial Officer and Laurent Mialhe as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Pascal Houdayer, CEO of Orveon Global, said: "The Orveon executive committee is in a great position to lead the company's vision of changing beauty for the better as a collective driving innovations in sustainable face care.

"Not only do our leaders have extensive beauty industry experience with market leading brands, we've taken great care to build a team with diverse backgrounds and experience and shared values. We've brought together beauty experts that are prepared to challenge the status quo and move the industry forward."
