Bath & Body Works selects Liverpool for new UK store
Bath & Body Works is set to make its city debut at Liverpool ONE early next year, as the US-based brand continues to strengthen its presence across the UK.
The new store will stock the brand's extensive selection of personal care products, candles, and seasonal collections.
It comes as Liverpool ONE continues to evolve and strengthen its retail offer, taking a unit from the former Victoria’s Secret store alongside MINISO and Boux Avenue.
Marking one of its first new concept stores, Victoria’s Secret has relocated and opened a new 4,000 sq ft store at the destination, stocking a collection of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, athleisure, fragrances and bodycare products.
Rob Deacon, Director of Asset Management at Grosvenor, said: "We enhance Liverpool ONE’s appeal by constantly considering our tenant mix. To achieve this, we need both a close working relationship with brands and a deep understanding of our consumers. The signing of Bath & Body Works, MINISO, Boux Avenue and Victoria’s Secret is another example of the successful alignment of those factors."
It comes Liverpool ONE expects over four million visitors in the run up to Christmas, with the boost in shoppers anticipated to top records since before the pandemic.
2025 is also set to be Liverpool ONE’s biggest year for store openings since 2008. It will welcome Sephora’s city debut and TFG London’s multi-brand store, which will bring together Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story.
Both stores are due to open in spring next year, followed by Uniqlo’s 25,000 sq ft flagship on Paradise Street.
