Bluedog expands with three new fashion and beauty agencies
Fashion and beauty creative agency Bluedog Productions has announced a growth-driven restructure to better meet the demands of its growing client portfolio.
The global agency, with a 22-year track record of working for clients including Chanel, Estée Lauder, Foreo, L’Oreal, and CEW, has created three new agencies, including a retail specialist, under the Bluedog Group banner.
Each of the three new agencies has been designed to deliver bespoke solutions for their respective sectors.
The three specialist agencies are:
- Kounter: retail activations
- doplr:live experiences
- HEX: digital and content solutions
The restructure has also given rise to an enhanced senior management team under the leadership of founder and group Chief Executive Officer Nick King – who will also become Managing Director of doplr.
King said: “Learnings, client conversations and opportunity spotting from the last 18 months have shown us that brand needs have become more precise, different in scale and complexity and that sharper areas of specialism can help deliver even richer outcomes.”
“The answers to problems aren’t necessarily the same as before, so helping rewire best- practice is at the heart of our expansion, and our leap off point to being bolder, braver, bigger and even more fit for purpose."
Two former Bluedog team leaders, Andrew Machin and Oliver Potter, will also take up key roles as Directors and shareholders.
Machin will step up to Managing Director of Kounter, the specialist retail agency, in addition to his group role and Potter will become Managing Director of HEX - whilst continuing his role as Group Technical Director.
“Demand is growing for new experiences and engaging activations from both a business end and audience perspective: More physical and virtual hybrid, more conversational and personal and more sustainable,” King added.
