Bobbi Brown partners with Endless to mark JONES ROAD launch at Liberty
Bobbi Brown has teamed up with British contemporary artist Endless to create a special window installation to mark the launch of her JONES ROAD cosmetics line at Liberty.
JONES ROAD, first launched in 2020 by the legendary makeup artist, had until now only been available online for British consumers but can now be shopped exclusive in-store at Liberty's famous beauty hall.
Brown, who describes herself as an "anglophile", said Liberty was one of her favourite stores and she had reached out to Endless to work on a special collaboration to mark the launch, having purchased some of his artworks.
“I first saw the work of Endless in a London gallery [the artist is respesented by Cris Contini Contemporary], after spotting his advertisement pasted on a billboard. I bought my first piece there and have bought a few more since which now live across my home and office. My favourite piece is of the pink Queen, whom I’m obsessed with. She’s wearing the Louis Vuitton logo, pearls, and is juxtaposed against a neon pink background — it’s eye candy.
"So when we knew we were launching JONES ROAD into Liberty as our UK retail partner, we wanted to do something really special, different, fresh so I called Endless and asked if he would collaborate on the windows with me and he said yes.
"There’s always been a strong synergy between fashion and art. Creative minds get inspiration from each other, so it makes sense. Creatives see opportunities where others see boundaries — to them, art and fashion aren’t separate worlds but extensions of creativity with endless potential and which is why the partnership for the Liberty windows felt so right for this launch.”
JONES ROAD blurs the line between skincare and makeup with each product designed to be a "hero" and multipurpose, such as its Miracle Balm which can be used all over the face, including eyelids, cheeks and lips.
