Brand Architekts completes merger with Skinny Tan owner InnovaDerma

Brand Architekts has completed its merger with InnovaDerma, allowing the group to bring a wider range of products to its customer base.

Brand Architekts has a portfolio of beauty brands across skincare, haircare and bodycare including Super Facialist, Dirty Works and Dr Salts.

According to a statement, InnovaDerma's brands, which includes Skinny Tan, Charles + Lee and Nuthing, will help boost Brand Architekts' growth opportunities, resulting in investment in digital marketing and product development.

The partnership also hopes the merger will result in a group with greater scale and strong financial foundations. Brand Architekts recently reported a loss in revenue and profits for the six months ending 31 December 2021.
