Bridgerton sparks fragrance fever as Floral Street and Coty launch regency-inspired scents
Since its 2020 debut, Netflix’s Regency-era drama Bridgerton has captivated a global audience. While the show’s fashion has frequently drawn attention - sparking trend-driven interpretations and high-profile collaborations, including a new jewellery partnership with Pandora - the beauty sector is now also engaging with the series.
Two brands capitalising on this trend are Floral Street and Coty, both of which have launched new fragrances inspired by Bridgerton to coincide with the premiere of the show’s fourth season.

British brand Floral Street has partnered with Netflix to create a limited-edition floral gourmand fragrance, Enchanted Masquerade.
The scent opens with pear, hazelnut and gardenia, before unfolding into a heart of Centifolia rose with honeyed facets. Skin musks and cedarwood anchor the base, promising a scent that "lingers on the skin".
Commenting on the partnership, founder Michelle Feeney said: "As a distinctly British brand, we were honoured to create this fragrance for Bridgerton. Enchanted Masquerade has a confident character and is designed to command attention while celebrating individuality."
In parallel, Coty has teamed up with Netflix and Shondaland to launch a seasonal fragrance collection inspired by the Bridgerton universe.
The line comprises three distinct scents: Tempting Peach, a chypre fruity fragrance built around peach, mango and mandarin; Rebel Vanilla, an ambery floral blending rose, gardenia and jasmine with gourmand vanilla; and Graceful Hydrangea, a floral woody composition combining hydrangea accords with blackcurrant, cedarwood and praline.

Both collaborations lean on Regency-era aesthetics in their packaging. Coty’s clear glass bottles are topped with spherical gold caps, referencing apothecary designs, while damask-style detailing adorns labels and outer cartons.
The collection's colour palettes also reflect each fragrance’s olfactive profile, complemented by decorative motifs such as crests, diamonds, and feathers, attempting to evoke themes of high society and romance.
Meanwhile, Floral Street embraces a deep purple colourway with delicate floral motifs and a mask, seemingly paying homage to the masquerade ball from the new season.
Season four will center on Benedict Bridgerton, the second son of the Bridgerton family, portrayed by Luke Thompson, with Part One launching today and Part Two releasing next month.
The two fragrance launches come at a time when the category is experiencing notable market growth. With its emphasis on storytelling and emotion, fragrance represents a natural extension of the Bridgerton brand - through Floral Street and Coty - translating the show’s themes of romance and escapism into a consumer experience.
