Byredo to open first standalone store outside of London
Luxury brand Byredo is opening a new store at Victoria Leeds, marking its first UK location outside of London.
Following its success as a concession within Harvey Nichols in Leeds, the European brand has signed for a 2,154 sq ft space at the shopping centre’s Victoria Quarter.
As part of this, the new store will stock an assortment of fragrance, makeup, home, leather goods, and accessories.

It will complement the destination’s established line-up of self-care brands, including luxury skincare giant Aesop, which recently made its North of England debut.
Rachel Bradburn, Leasing Director at Victoria Leeds, said: "The luxury nature of Byredo means it will be a perfect fit with our leading tenant mix.
"Yet another strategic brand decision to launch its first standalone store outside of London, Byredo's flagship further cements Victoria Quarter as the go-to premier destination for luxury brands.
"We cannot wait to see what their new expanded space brings to the destination’s premium line-up."
Byredo was founded in Stockholm in 2006 by Ben Gorham, with an ambition to translate memories and emotions into products and experiences.
It creates and develops a range of products such as fragrance, makeup, home, leather goods and accessories, and is sold in more than 40 countries worldwide.
