Cetaphil will bring its Derm on Tour consumer pop-up to Battersea Power Station for two days this weekend, offering consultations and personalised product recommendations.

The sensitive skincare brand will take over Turbine Hall B on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, continuing its investment in dermatologist-led consumer experiences in London.

The free event will allow visitors to explore Cetaphil’s science-backed range, use its skin analysis service and receive guidance tailored to their individual concerns.

Cetaphil has more than 75 years of experience in sensitive skincare and is best known for its Gentle Skin Cleanser. Its wider portfolio covers cleansers, moisturisers, treatments and sun protection developed for different skin types and concerns.

Dermatologist consultations and skin analysis

As part of the new consumer experience, Cetaphil will offer complimentary 10-minute, one-to-one appointments with consultant dermatologists, who will answer questions and recommend products based on each visitor’s skin.

The experience will also feature Cetaphil’s AI-powered MySkin Analysis tool, designed to help consumers identify their skin type, with an interactive routine finder then directing each visitor towards a recommended Cetaphil regimen.

Consumers completing the experience will receive a Routine Mini Product Duo selected for their skin, with the first 200 visitors on each day also receiving an exclusive extra treat.

The activation will also include competitions for Cetaphil merchandise and full-size products.

Cetaphil continues its experiential retail strategy

Derm on Tour follows Cetaphil’s first UK SkinLABS event, staged at The Stables in Covent Garden in September 2025 to support the launch of its Gentle Exfoliating range.

That ticketed activation combined dermatologist consultations with Pilates sessions, expert talks and sampling and formed part of an international SkinLABS programme that began in Malibu before travelling to markets including Canada and the Philippines.

The brand is owned by Swiss dermatology company Galderma Group, whose portfolio also includes Restylane, Benzac and Sculptra. L’Oréal increased its stake in Galderma from 10% to 20% in December 2025, while the business continues to operate independently under CEO Flemming Ørnskov.
