CGC strengthens leadership with Jessica Diner and Veronika Ullmer as it enters next phase of growth
Communications and talent agency CGC has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Vogue's Jessica Diner and Veronika Ullmer, previously at Glossier, marking an important stage in the company’s continued global growth.
Diner joins as Chief Global Brand & Creative Officer, while Ullmer steps in as President & Chief Communications Officer. Both leaders will work alongside CGC founder Clare Goodwin.
As it enters its next phase, the company aims to integrate cultural insight, platform expertise, and commercially driven creative strategy to help clients compete more effectively.
The business is also launching a new division, Catalyst, dedicated to developing and incubating emerging brands. This initiative will bring together strategic insight and execution across influencer marketing, affiliate programmes, and multi-platform storytelling.
With this, CGC hopes to further strengthen its capacity to support brands in an increasingly fast-paced, digitally driven landscape.
"CGC has always taken a forward-thinking approach to brand building helping brands connect with audiences through storytelling, experience, content, culture and community," said Goodwin.
"In this next chapter, Jess and Veronika bring a wealth of industry experience and will work alongside me to elevate our brands’ mission and drive meaningful commercial value. Today, a brand is more than a product, it's understanding the zeitgeist and the ability to draw audiences into their world."
Diner joins CGC after an 18-year career at Vogue - most recently as Global Beauty & Wellness Director - where she helped shape influential industry narratives.
Her experience as both an editorial strategist and digital creator positions her to guide brands across creator partnerships, influencer strategy, and audience engagement.
"I’ve always believed the strongest brands are the ones that truly know their audience and understand how to connect with them in a meaningful way. Over the years, I’ve collaborated closely with Clare and seen first-hand how CGC champions creativity and strategic thinking in equal measure, so to now join the agency feels like a natural and exciting step," said Diner.
"With Veronika coming on board at the same time, there is a real opportunity to combine our strengths and shape a more expansive creative and strategic vision for the brands we work with. I’m looking forward to working with both emerging and established brands to create work that is in tune with the cultural moment, shaped by real insight, and built to last."
Ullmer joins the agency with leadership experience from Estee Lauder Companies, Augustinus Bader, and most recently Glossier, where she served as Global Head of Integrated Communications, Impact & Partnerships. Her work has focused on driving cultural relevance, business performance, and long-term consumer loyalty.
"I’m excited to join CGC’s leadership team, setting a new benchmark for modern brand building. With Clare’s culture-first vision and Jess’s editorial expertise, CGC is uniquely positioned to drive the next wave of growth," said Ullmer.
"Together, we’ll elevate communications, storytelling, and creative strategy delivering insight-led impact that builds relevance, loyalty, and lasting brand equity. Today, the brands that win are those that blend creativity with commercial clarity. Our goal is to shape narrative, deepen cultural connection, and strengthen brand equity in ways that not only keep pace with change, but define it."
