Chanel enlists Nadège Winter to bolster influence and brand engagement across beauty division
Chanel has named Nadège Winter as its first Director of Ideation and Creative Influence Strategies as the business looks to strengthen its influence and brand engagement across beauty and fragrance.
The aim of the new unit is to spearhead the division’s influences, "anticipating them, shaping them and accelerating them by infiltrating new tribes, generating new conversations and forging new alliances," Chanel said in a statement.

Winter will drive the Ideation and Creative Influence Strategies team within the Influence and Brand Engagement Department under Blandine Velin, the International Head of Influence & Brand Engagement at Chanel.
Her responsibilities will include crafting strategic concepts for major upcoming influence programmes at the luxury brand.
Prior to Chanel, Winter held various senior roles, including SVP Brand Experience at Calvin Klein. She also founded her own creative agency - NWA (Nadège Winter Agency) - in 2008.
In a statement on LinkedIn, she said: "After 4 incredible years living in New York City, 15 years as an independent consultant and entrepreneur, I am very excited and very proud to come back in France to join Chanel and contribute to redefine the meaning, mission, and values of Influence today and tomorrow."
