Chantecaille names former Fresh CMO as new CEO
Prestige beauty brand Chantecaille has named Tennille Kopiasz as its new CEO, replacing Emily Coleman, who exits after three years in the role.
Kopiasz brings over 25 years of beauty marketing experience across prestige, designer, and mass-market brands, having held positions in categories such as skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and haircare.
Oswald Barckhahn, Executive Board Member at Chantecaille, said: "Tennille’s exceptional track record of leading, building and scaling beauty brands is exactly what Chantecaille needs in its new Chief Executive to guide the brand into its next chapter.
"Her deep understanding of luxury and purpose-driven leadership aligns seamlessly with Chantecaille’s values and [owner] Beiersdorf’s vision to be the best skincare company in the world."
Kopiasz joins Chantecaille from Blue Mistral, where she served as CEO overseeing both FEKKAI and Bastide for more than two years until July 2025.
Prior to this, she held senior roles at LVMH, including Global Chief Marketing Officer of Fresh and SVP of Marketing at Dior North America.
She also worked at beauty giants Coty and L’Oréal USA across a range of brand, product and functions.
In her new role at Chantecaille, Kopiasz will be based at its global headquarters in New York.
Commenting on her appointment, Kopiasz said: "I’ve long admired Chantecaille as a brand with a strong heritage and meaningful philanthropy.
"It’s a true honour to work with this talented team to build on this legacy and continue to accelerate the business through elevated product and experiences, digital transformation and support the global commercial operations."
Founded by Sylvie Chantecaille in 1997, Chantecaille offers skincare, fragrance and makeup products based on botanical ingredients. The brand was acquired by Beiersdorf in December 2021 to accelerate its growth.
