Charlotte Tilbury has reported a 38% increase in turnover to £310.3 million for the year ending 31 December 2022, helped by a "strong" performance in the UK market.

The brand saw growth across the European, Middle East and Australian markets through both physical and online channels.

The increase in turnover was also supported by the combined impact of new launches alongside "existing powerhouse product franchises", including Magic Cream, Airbrush Flawless Finish and Pillow Talk.

It added that its product proposition was "stronger than ever" across core categories of complexion, colour, and skincare with "leading product innovation", such as the brand's Beautiful Skin range inclusive of foundation, concealer and bronzer.

The brand also continued to focus on digital innovation during the year, developing experiences such as the Foundation Finder to help customers find their colour match online, as well as shoppable masterclasses, virtual consultations, and a metaverse virtual store.

It saw EBITDA grow 29.1% to £11.7 million, plus increased its employees from 576 to 706 at the end of 2022.
