Charlotte Tilbury gains Leaping Bunny approval for cruelty-free beauty
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has achieved Leaping Bunny approval for its entire range of Charlotte Tilbury makeup, skincare and fragrance products in all the markets in which it operates.
Cruelty Free International’s globally recognisable Leaping Bunny logo will now appear across the Charlotte Tilbury brand - reassuring customers around the world that all products have been approved against the rigorous cruelty-free Leaping Bunny criteria.
The brand, which was founded in 2013 by President and Chief Creative Officer Charlotte Tilbury MBE, has never tested on animals since its inception.
Achieving Leaping Bunny approval required the brand to demonstrate high levels of transparency across its operations - with Cruelty Free International having verified that every part of its global product development, supply chain and distribution met with the stringent Leaping Bunny criteria.
The approval represented a “crucial industry benchmark” for cruelty free beauty and marked a “huge leap forward” in the brand’s “disruptive global expansion plan” Tilbury said.
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Chief Executive Officer Demetra Pinsent added: “Our Partnership with Leaping Bunny is an important milestone for both us and our customers and we are incredibly proud to be officially recognised as cruelty free.

The company is now also seeking to secure Vegan Society Accreditation.
