Charlotte Tilbury has opened a new flagship in London's Covent Garden, marking its biggest-ever store and the debut of its first-ever Skin Spa.

Relocating from its existing neighbourhood boutique to a larger, more prominent unit, the new store has opened on the corner of the Royal Opera House and James Street.

Triple the size of its original store, the 4,300 sq ft space promises a "fully immersive Charlotte Tilbury experience like never before", showcasing the beauty brand's full range of makeup, skincare and fragrance.

It also debuts Tilbury's "world-first" Skin Spa, offering a premium service menu consisting of four benefit-led, results-driven facial treatments, which are exclusive to Covent Garden and promise "immediate skin revival".

Created alongside an expert facialist and aesthetician, the treatments are led by the brand's team of skincare specialists using cutting-edge technology and tools.

Other key features include a new 'Pillow Talk Beauty Bar' and 'Pillow Talk Parlour', described as a "unique, private space that brings the iconic world of Pillow Talk to life".

Meanwhile, a rainbow pink path leads shoppers through the store and downstairs to 'Charlotte’s Beauty Boudoir', with the team on hand to offer their artistry and expertise.

Combined with the 'Pillow Talk Parlour', the boudoir also acts as a hosting space for group masterclasses, influencer and press events, as well as personal celebratory events such as birthdays and other group special occasions.

"This really is the beauty store of the future – it has education, futuristic tech, instagrammable moments, themed worlds and bookable areas, said Tilbury.

"Everyone will walk out of this beauty universe feeling like the most beautiful and confident version of themselves."

Following its success in the area, Tilbury’s renewed commitment to Covent Garden - where it opened its first-ever store in 2015 - strengthens the destination's reputation as a "premier hub for leading beauty and wellness brands".

The new store complements a diverse selection of brands available, including Aēsop, Chanel, Creed, Diptyque, Elemis, Glossier, Guerlain, Jo Malone London, MAC Cosmetics, Penhaligon’s, Space NK, and Tom Ford.

Michelle McGrath, Executive Director of Shaftesbury Capital, said: "Charlotte Tilbury has been a cornerstone of Covent Garden’s beauty offer since it opened in 2015, so we are delighted to announce that it will be strengthening its presence further with this latest upsize and relocation.

"The continual investment demonstrated from the beauty powerhouse is evidence of the strong collaborative approach between Shaftesbury Capital and our partners, and cements Covent Garden’s position as a leader in the UK beauty and wellness landscape."
