Charlotte Tilbury revamps Heathrow flagship counter with greater focus on service
Charlotte Tilbury's flagship counter at Heathrow Terminal 5 has undergone a renovation, introducing more consultation touch points for an increased focus on service.
Having opened as the brand's first-ever travel retail counter in 2019, the updated space has been designed to create a bespoke shopping experience that showcases products such as bestsellers and travel retail exclusives.
It features new digital screens, as well as a 'Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick Plane' and 'Hot Lips Way Finder' exclusive to travel retail counters, creating the "ultimate beauty playground" for customers.
The counter also has new beauty services, including a full-sized skincare bar and lead artist demonstration table, which will allow for more interactive, 1-1 sessions for travel customers with a Charlotte Tilbury Pro Artist.
Free 15-minute services include:

Gregoire Walter, General Manager for Travel Retail, at Charlotte Tilbury, said: "With more than 40 terminals worldwide, our flagship store at London Heathrow Terminal 5 has always held a very special place in our hearts as it was our very first travel retail counter. We look forward to welcoming passengers from around the globe."
Delphine Poultney, Head of Beauty for Avolta in the UK: added: "We’re delighted to have refurbished Avolta’s original Tilbury Terminal counter at the front of our flagship World Duty Free store in Heathrow Terminal 5.
"This was the first Charlotte Tilbury counter in travel retail and as part of this refurbishment we have included more consultation touch points, so that there is an increased focus on service. Dedicated areas are also featured for skincare, fragrance and grab-and-go gifting. Our customers are going to love the Tilbury experience at this new look counter."
