The tiered programme features three levels - Bronze, Silver, and Rose Gold - each offering a seamless experience tailored to how much customers spend annually. Every £1 spent earns 1 Loyalty Coin, which can be exchanged for vouchers to use on future purchases. But the benefits go well beyond discounts.
From free delivery and birthday treats to 1:1 virtual consultations with professional makeup artists (exclusive to Silver and Rose Gold members), the brand is investing in deepening its relationship with its customer base.
