Saudi-born hair styling brand Clara has opened its first physical retail destination in the UK at Westfield London.

The 24 sq m kiosk, located on the shopping centre’s first floor opposite Sephora, extends Clara’s presence beyond e-commerce and third-party retail.

The space carries Clara’s complete collection, allowing customers to trial products at dedicated styling stations, watch demonstrations and receive personalised recommendations from the brand’s specialists.

Its design combines sage green and blush pink tones with warm ruby accents and rose gold detailing, alongside illuminated signage and LED lighting.

Clara, which won Best New Brand at TheIndustry.beauty’s ‘The Innovator’ Awards 2026, develops professional-grade styling tools and vegan haircare products designed for different hair types and textures.

Its products are already available through the Clara website and retail partners including Boots, Amazon, Superdrug, Debenhams, PrettyLittleThing, Boohoo and TikTok Shop.

Simon Smith, Global Director at Clara, said: "The launch of our new kiosk at Westfield White City marks an exciting milestone for Clara as we continue to expand our presence and bring our products closer to customers in key retail destinations throughout the UK.

"Since entering the UK market earlier this year, we've been incredibly encouraged by the response from British consumers. Opening our first physical store allows us to showcase the full Clara experience, giving customers the opportunity to discover our products, speak with our expert team and experience our styling tools firsthand.

"Westfield White City provides the perfect environment to connect with both new and existing customers, and we're thrilled to become part of one of the UK's premier shopping destinations."

The store provides Clara with an environment for consultations across different hair needs and routines. It also allows the company to assess customer demand in one of London’s busiest shopping destinations while building awareness beyond its digital channels.

Steve Johnson, Head of Specialty Leasing UK/Europe at Westfield owner Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: “For many growing brands, a kiosk is the first step into physical retail, offering a direct way to engage customers, build awareness and test demand.”

He added that Clara’s location would introduce the brand to one of the UK’s most diverse retail audiences.
