Coty appoints new Chief Procurement Officer
Coty, one of the world’s leading beauty and fragrance companies, has announced the promotion of Stéphane Delbos to Chief Procurement Officer, effective 1 February 2021.
Delbos, who joined Coty in 2010 as Global Sourcing Director, has been promoted from his current role as Senior Vice President (SVP) for Transformation, Indirect and Procurement Operations.
He brings to the role over 18 years’ experience in the beauty and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Coty, he held several local and global procurement positions at Pfizer and Ipsen.
In his new role, Delbos will be responsible for implementing Coty’s multi-year procurement strategy, which includes achieving a significant cost reduction target by FY23 and strengthening Coty’s new product lines with innovation from external suppliers.
He will also join Coty’s senior leadership team, report directly to Coty's Chief Transformation Officer, Gordon von Bretten.
