CurrentBody opens Bicester Village residency to boost consumer engagement
CurrentBody, part of The Beauty Tech Group, has opened a pop-up boutique at Bicester Village, marking a notable step in its expansion into physical retail.
Launching on 15 May, the four-month residency brings the UK-based beauty tech brand into one of the country’s most established luxury shopping destinations.
The 154 sq ft space is located in the Village’s Glasshouse (Unit 99), placing CurrentBody alongside a range of internationally recognised fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, including Bamford, Elemis and Molton Brown, amongst others.
As the only dedicated beauty tech brand in Bicester Village, the pop-up aims to support both the category’s continued growth and CurrentBody’s position within it.
It comes after The Beauty Tech Group reported a positive start to the 2026 financial year, driven by growth across its core business, markets and sales channels.
The pop-up also reflects a wider shift in the industry, as digitally-led brands increasingly invest in physical retail spaces to support product education, trial and consumer engagement.
For CurrentBody, the pop-up represents a strategic move to present its technologies in a high-footfall, premium retail environment with a diverse international audience.
Designed to introduce visitors to a curated selection of the brand’s most in-demand at-home devices, the space allows customers to view, handle and trial products in person, supported by interactive iPads that illustrate usage outcomes and effectiveness.
