Dermalogica appoints new Sales Director as longtime leader exits after 30 years
Dermalogica has named Hollie Mills as its new Sales Director, replacing Sally Penford, who departs after a 30-year career with the brand.
Mills has been Associate Sales Director at the professional skincare brand since February 2023.
Having collaborated closely with Penford in recent years, Mills will now carry forward her legacy, driving growth and supporting Dermalogica’s professional community across the UK and Ireland.
Before joining Dermalogica, she served as the UK New Business Manager at Elemis for more than a year and a half.

A founding member of the Dermalogica UK & Ireland team, Penford has played a key role in shaping the company’s education programmes, PR, sales strategy, and culture throughout her tenure. She will exit the business at the end of August.
Speaking about her departure, Penford said: "My leadership is grounded in purpose, culture and people. Dermalogica has been an extraordinary part of my life and I leave proud of what we’ve built together and the impact we have had upon the respect and success of the professional skin care industry.
"I look forward to bringing my experience in leadership, strategy and culture to new opportunities and collaborations in the future."
More recently, Penford has led a team through phases of growth and transformation, developing new business models and strengthening long-standing partnerships, all while navigating shifting market dynamics with "resilience and foresight".
Jane Wurwand, founder of Dermalogica, said: "As one of the pioneers who helped shape Dermalogica’s vision and success, Sally’s influence will remain woven into our education, culture, and values for years to come.
"While we will miss Sally deeply, we are excited to watch her next chapter unfold and know that any endeavour she pursues will benefit from her proven passion, expertise, and integrity."
Founded by Wurwand in 1986, Dermalogica continues to dominate the professional skincare industry with distribution in over 90 countries. It offers professional-grade skincare education, products, and services to skin therapists and customers alike.
