DJ Khaled backs CBD beauty with launch of new Blesswell brand
The rapidly-growing global market for CBD-infused beauty products has been given a major boost with the arrival of new male grooming line Blesswell from music mogul, DJ Khaled.
Launched in partnership with Endexx Corporation, the new sustainably-sourced collection of skin, hair and beard products has been produced using 100% US-grown and processed hemp.
The eco-friendly line features a variety of products including beard oils, shaving creams, face cleansers, scrubs, moisturisers and body washes, all of which are infused with 300mg CBD, designed to introduce men to a “whole body, holistic form of self-care.”
Commenting on the launch, Grammy Award-winning DJ Khaled said: "Aside from love and family, health and wellness are our greatest blessings. That's the key,"
"Reflecting on my quest to a better mind and body, I found my daily habits to have the most impact on my overall outlook of life.
"I created Blesswell to provide men with an at-home CBD grooming solution that allows them to put their game face on, build their confidence and get their mind in the right zone."
The launch will be supported with a three-part guided meditation series voiced by Khaled, which will be available to stream across all supporting platforms including Apple and Spotify.
Recent years have witnessed unprecedented growth in the global CBD market, while the UK has the largest CBD consumer market in Europe with a value of more than £400M which is expected to hit £1bn by 2025.
The arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic has further accelerated the trend with CBD beauty products now estimated to account for up to 21% of total UK value sales and just under three million units.
