Editors' Picks: New launches from Elemis, RMS Beauty, Jones Road and more...
From RMS Beauty's cream lipgloss to Jones Road's rich eye cream, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.
Pro-Collagen Black Cherry Cleaning Balm, Elemis
As a big fan of the original Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm, you can imagine my excitement after receiving the product's new Black Cherry scent from Elemis earlier this week.
Capitalising on the growing black cherry trend, which was kickstarted by Clinique with its Black Honey Almost Lipstick and centres around deep plum and burgundy shades, Elemis has brought the beauty trend to skincare after dominating colour cosmetics through many launches.
The new cleansing balm blends fragrance notes of black cherry, almond and vanilla with rose and mimosa waxes, starflower, elderberry and optimega to effortlessly melt away makeup and leave skin feeling soft and nourished.
It really is the cherry on top of Elemis' cleansing balm range, which now boasts five variations of the bestselling product. Priced at £49 for 100g, the new Black Cherry Cleansing Balm is available online at the skincare brand, with plans to launch at selected retailers from 6 February.
It's certainly skipping the queue and heading straight into my skincare routine. Will it be in yours?

Super Skin Nova, VIEVE
Imagine VIEVE's glowy Skin Nova had a baby with Bobbi Brown’s Face Base, welcome the Super Skin Nova (£39). As a combo skin girlie, having a smooth and hydrating base is a key step in my makeup routine, and I think I’ve found my saving grace. So long are the days of layering up primers and glow balms, now that Super Skin Nova is on the scene.
This new launch is a skincare-makeup hybrid inspired by the brand’s bestselling Skin Nova. Creamier and richer in texture, it's perfect for those with normal to dry skin. The new formula has all the priming brilliance of its counterpart, but in a nourishing moisturiser that boosts glow and hydrates, while prepping skin for flawless makeup application.
The multitasker is packed with 33 powerful skincare ingredients that lock in hydration for up to 48 hours. So, not only does it provide a flawless base for makeup, but it is also proven to improve elasticity, smooth uneven skin tone and reduce redness. Paired with VIEVE's Skin Nova Complexion Balm, it's a game changer.

Liplight in Chameleon, RMS Beauty
Being born in 1998, my birth year unfortunately falls in the murky hinterland marked 'zillennial'. Apologies to any millennials reading, but I am desperate to put as many layers between myself and anything that pertains to snowflakes, bottomless brunch Boomerangs at the Slug & Lettuce, or the crying-laughing emoji.
And unlike my snowflakey predecessors, I'm happy to form part of a Gen Z herd. So, what's in my thrifted Fendi baguette apart from a digital camera and some big hoop earrings, you may ask? Well, lipgloss, naturally.
RMS Beauty has added a new gloss to its line-up: the Chameleon. So-called because it magically adapts to the pH of your lips, transforming into a unique pink that’s totally personal to the wearer.
The formula contains plumping peptides and nourishing botanical butter, so it boasts hydrating and volumising properties, coming in hot via a sleek, slant-tip applicator. Plus, the tube is made from 100% recycled aluminium, so you can gloss guilt-free. How else are you going to complement your tooth gem?

Rich Eye Cream, Jones Road Beauty
The NPD is coming thick and fast from Jones Road Beauty. Probably best known for its colour cosmetics, Bobbi Brown’s beauty line also features a strong range of skincare that acts as the perfect foil to its multi-purpose makeup.
It already has an Eye Cream in the range (described as a universal formula for everyone), but it has just introduced the new Rich version (£40) for those needing an extra moisture boost (that’s me then). This formula is enriched with niacinamide and ceramides to deliver the aforementioned moisture as well as skin brightening.
Cushiony to the touch, it can be used at night for an overnight treatment or during the day for its brightening properties. Those with dark circles (also me) can pair it with the Jones Road Neutralizer Eye Pencil for an even fresher look.
Legendary makeup artist and brand founder Brown describes it as "a game changer". Since you could say that about everything in this range, I am inclined to believe her.
P.S. While we are on the subject of Jones Road and eyes, do check the new Gel Liner pots (£24), which now come in a range of shades including Brown, Black, Navy and Violet. I've tried the Brown, it's foolproof.

Peach and Watermelon Lip Oils, Glow For It
Oh, I do love Glow For It. For the past six months, the brand's Lash Growth Serum has transformed my eyelashes, becoming an essential product in my beauty bag. Similarly, its Hair Growth Serum has become a staple in my post-shower haircare routine.
Now on my radar is its new and improved Peach and Watermelon Lip Oils (£18), which have recently relaunched with an upgraded formula.
Featuring natural oils that melt into the skin to provide moisture and hydration to the lips with a non-sticky finish, the pink watermelon and golden peach lip oils promise to improve overall lip volume and softness, while supporting the skin barrier on the lips. Like many, I'm loving lip glosses and oils at the moment, so I can't wait to try!

Flawless Brightly Eye, Dr. Sam's
Dr. Sam's truly is my holy grail skincare routine. Not only do I trust its founder and CEO Dr Sam Bunting with my skin, but at this point, dare I say, with my life? Her skincare range not only works for my combination skin but also for my sister's oily skin and my parents' ageing skin.
So, let me put you on to Dr. Sam's newest launch - the Flawless Brightly Eye (£40). As a dermatologist, Bunting creates products to treat her client's concerns. Who here has tired eyes? Well this time, Bunting has created the antidote to dark and tired-looking under eyes so we can stop relying on concealer for an instant boost.
Flawless Brightly Eye has been clinically proven to deliver visible results from the very first use - it instantly brightens the eye area, reduces dark circles in just seven days, and improves skin elasticity and firmness in just 28 days.
Bunting said: "With 44 iterations of Flawless Brightly Eye, I've never worked harder to perfect an active and I've changed my own skincare habits in the process."

Honey Gloss Ceramide Hair Therapy, Gisou
Dear brands, if you want me to buy something and immediately slather it on my skin or hair, tell me it contains ceramides and/or honey, and am all in (don't particularly like eating honey, but am nothing it not full of contradictions). Therefore this delightful pot of goodness (and it is delightful isn't it? So pretty!) came into my orbit, I was immediately sold.
Gisou is social media famous and socially conscious. Founded by Negin Mirsalehi who creates products from the honey generated by her family's bees (she comes from a long-line of bee keepers) and other sustainable materials. The hair oil has been a social sensation but I'm a sucker for a good hair mask, and this is a good one.
It contains Mirsalehi honey, bee garden oils, biometric ceramides and hyaluronic acid in both low and high molecular weight. All of this conspires to deliver smoother, glossier hair, that is both soft and strong, in a moment. Well, I say a moment, you are advised to leave it on for 5-7 minutes after application, which you will want to as it feels so good. Add a few drops of the oil afterwards for an extra boost.
Available now at uk.gisou.com for £39.
