From Glow For It's lip oil to Haus Labs' blush duo, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.

Haus Labs

Color Fuse Innovation Glassy Balm & Powder Blush Duo, Haus Labs

As a big fan of using a balm and powder blush in my makeup routine (amongst many people, I’m sure), this new product duo from Haus Labs is certainly set for success!

The limited-edition gift set (£46) features two full-size, bestselling pink blushes from the brand: one powder and one balm, both skincare-infused and ultra-pigmented.

With packaging that's been designed to be reused as a holder for your brushes, the duo includes a serum-based, high-pigment Glassy Blush Balm and talc-free, skincare-infused Blush Powder that delivers one swipe blendable colour - perfect for a pop of vibrant colour or a soft flush of pink.

The Depuffer, Dr. Idriss

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, which means my face is beginning to look a bit like Father Christmas’. The sudden switch in the weather has left my skin somewhat dry, blotchy and puffy in parts. Luckily, the Dr. Idriss Depuffer is clinically proven to relieve transient skin redness and minimise undereye puffiness.

The serum is packed with high-performance actives like arnica to reduce the look of swelling and centella asiatica, known for its abilities to stimulate collagen synthesis, improving the skin’s elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The serum is suitable for all skin types, and its roll-on applicator makes for easy application.

Thanks to Dr. Idriss for solving my winter blues—or reds, in this instance.

The Original Lip Oil, Glow For It

When I interviewed Glow For It’s founder and CEO Daisy Kelly earlier this year, she hinted about upcoming relaunches of existing products with new and improved formulas.

I already loved its hormone-free lash growth and hair growth formulas, thanks to their uniqueness and affordability. But, in a competitive cosmetics market, I wasn’t expecting to be as blown away as I was by its latest launch, The Original Lip Oil (£18).

After moving its manufacturing to the UK, Glow For It has relaunched its lip oil with an upgraded formula that contains shea butter, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and coconut oil.

The fragrance-free lip oil delivers a plumped-up pout while working overtime to nourish and protect the lips (brains and beauty!). The multi-peptide formula penetrates into the skin to provide benefits from the inside out. Your lips instantly feel hydrated, look more voluminous, and feel silky soft - all of that without the dreaded stickiness that comes with rival lip oils.

Josh Wood Colour

Colour Miracle range, Josh Wood

I'm a total sucker for any product with a hyperbolic name. Magic Cream, Miracle Balm, One Minute Wonder... I'll take three of each, thanks! The thing is, just like those aforementioned products, these newly reformulated beauties from the high priest of hair colour Josh Wood, do also live up to their Miracle billing. My theory that brands wouldn't have the brass neck to put a name like that on the label of a mediocre product appears to be holding true.

In tests of Josh Woods' new range, some 100% of users agreed that it left their hair feeling moisturised and tame without being weighed down. 100%? Well, if you get test results like that then you are allowed to dub these products, which leave parched hair looking shinier, glossier and healthier, a "miracle".

Sulphate-free and packed with natural ingredients and UV filters, the range comprises a shampoo for coloured hair (which is perfect for me - and things would be even more perfect if Josh Wood had actually coloured my hair, but sadly this is not so), two conditioners (one for dry and damaged hair and another for fine and fragile hair - mine is all of those things) and a Miracle Mask for deep hydration.

You can buy the products individually (£16 each for shampoo and conditioners and £19 for the mask) or there are various bundle options, as well as subscribe and save deals. And if you really can't bear to be without them when you are on the go, you can even get travel-sized versions too. I'll take three of each please. Available now at www.joshwoodcolour.com.

REPOWR

Daily Electrolytes, REPOWR

It’s reported that a shocking 53% of us in the UK don’t get anywhere near those metrics (Kinectico).  Electrolytes are used by athletes and heavy exercise users to replenish the body’s vital minerals and to support hydration, and now they’re being used by the mainstream and are said to be aiding skin health too.

Drinking Electrolytes help your skin retain moisture by attracting and binding water. They can also help prevent transepidermal water loss and barrier disruption.

Electrolytes contain the right amount of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium malate to rehydrate your body, and REPOWR has got you covered with its new trio box including a new flavour - Blackcurrant.

The trio box retails for £34.50 and this Black Friday, you can enjoy 20% off site-wide at getrepowr.co.uk.
