Lip-Plumping PHD Lip Glaze, Haus Labs 

When Lady Gaga unveiled Haus Labs in 2019, I immediately ruled myself out as target market. I was wrong. This line is great and it's under-eye concealer is the only one I've used that really makes a difference on my stubborn dark circles, and its foundation is also excellent.

New, innovative products are added to the range regularly and this week's addition is the lip-plumping PHD Lip Glaze. With all products Haus Labs releases, it's more than it seems. This Lip Glaze contains Polyplumper, a 4-in-1, smart hybrid that fuses lip oil, balm, plumper and gloss. Formulated without chemical irritants, it promotes the appearance of fuller lips without any discomfort. It comes in six juicy shades and is available at Sephora for £22.

H2Oasis Instant Skin Reviving Mask, Tula Skincare

I first heard about this new launch during an event hosted by Tula founder Dr. Roshini Raj last year. During this session, which also mentioned a few other upcoming launches, the H2Oasis Instant Skin Reviving Mask caught my attention - so I was pleased to find this in our office recently to try it out myself.

Described as a "thirst-quenching, quick-fix" mask, this new product is all about hydration. Extracts from desert plants known for not just surviving, but thriving in the driest and harshest conditions help boost skin’s hydration levels. These are combined with the brand's proprietary S6Pro Complex and nourishing ceramides to instantly transform skin into a "dewy, firm and energised complexion that looks lit from within".

Lash Sculpt, Refy Beauty

Last night, we attended 'The Exhibition' by Refy Beauty and received an exclusive preview of its newest launch - Last Sculpt. The brand's first launch into the mascara category is certainly something new.

Retailing for £20, this mid-range mascara features a bespoke applicator with an elongated, curved design to fit every eye shape. Each plastic bristle on the wand has also been strategically placed to separate, lift and lengthen lashes. Meanwhile, the packaging - as well as The Exhibition - remained on brand with a minimalist design in a neutral colour palette.

The Gentle Acid & The Control Acid, Skin Rocks

Skin Rocks by Caroline Hirons has launched two new exfoliating acid toners as part of its latest category expansion. I had the pleasure of hearing more about these during a launch event this week.

Powered by a blend of AHAs, PHA and skin-conditioning ingredients, the Gentle Acid (£49) promises a comfortable exfoliation experience without compromising on results. Meanwhile, the Control Acid (£45) works to unclog pores and regulate oiliness for breakout-prone and congested skin. Housed in glass bottles, the two toners expand the brand's range of existing products, including cleansers, moisturisers and treatments.
