Editors' Picks: New launches from Milk Makeup, Fresh, Nip+Fab and more...
From Milk Makeup's lip oil to Sol de Janeiro's refills, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.
Kush Lip Oil and Cloud Glow Priming Foam, Milk Makeup
I had the pleasure of attending a virtual event for Milk Makeup's latest launches earlier this week. Having previously covered the Cooling Water Jelly Tint last month (I'm still obsessed), there's now even more to get excited about with the brand's new Kush Lip Oil (£22) and Cloud Glow Priming Foam (£25) - available from 18 March at Sephora, Space NK and Cult Beauty.
The 97% natural, sheer tinted lip oil boasts a nourishing formula of hemp seed and plant oils for an "intense hit of moisture and pop of shine". Available in six shades with corresponding flavours, the line-up includes a rosy beige with vanilla, orange with citrus, hot pink with watermelon, mauve with guava, chocolate brown with cacao, and clear with sage and peppermint.
Meanwhile, the priming foam brightens and preps skin to bring out its natural radiance and create a breathable, smooth base for makeup. Its unique, cloud-like foam texture is universal for all skin tones, with brightening turmeric and hydrating apricot extract for smooth, glowy skin. I can't wait to try!

Black Tea Advanced Age Renewal Eye Cream, Fresh
Fresh is known for its tea-based formulations, among others, and has just re-imagined its Black Tea eye cream with a new Advanced option that is powered by a "retinol-like" blend of black tea and rambutan leaf extracts, called BT Matrix.
This blend is said to be more effective than the active and a more stable form of retinol on three biomarkers of skin ageing and helps support lost skin structure around the eyes due to a natural decline in collagen. Also present are vitamin C for brightening and wild ginger to reduce the look of dark circles and eye bags.
"For our reimagined Black Tea Eye Cream, we wanted to adapt the gentle, retinol-like power of BT Matrix specifically for the eyes, the most delicate area of the face. A kind-to-skin blend of black tea and rambutan leaf extracts, this 'fresh take' on retinol works with vitamin C and wild ginger to correct signs of ageing and deliver brighter, firmer, smoother eyes," explains co-founder Lev Glazman.
Ophthalmologist-tested and suitable for all skin types, even sensitive, and priced at £60, it's available from April on the fresh website.

Teen Skin Fix Range, Nip+Fab
Skincare for children and teens is a hot topic at the moment. Though it's no secret that social media can negatively impact the minds of children and teens, its latest danger comes in the form of influencing youngsters to try skincare designed for mature skin.
Nip+Fab is combating this with its new safe range, 'Teen Skin Fix', formulated to gently treat problem skin, focusing on breakouts, blocked pores and blackheads. With the formulations certified for ages 12+, this range may be the answer to concerned parents' prayers. Plus, with TikTok-worthy names such as 'Wasabi Clay Mask', teens are likely to get on board.
The Teen Skin Fix collection covers a full routine for the face and body, including spot patches, cleansers and moisturisers. What's more, each product in the affordable skincare range is available for under £15.

Brazilian Bum Bum Cream Refill Pods, Sol de Janeiro
Wildly popular and ridiculously good, Sol de Janeiro's Brazilian Bum Bum Cream is now available in a refill pod format, so we can all indulge our addiction while feeling a little bit better about the impact on the planet.
The pods provide the same amount of the signature body cream (240ml) but with 89% less plastic. To use, simply clean and dry your existing jar and pop the pod in. The full-size jar itself, along with the box it comes in, is produced with 80% PCR (post-consumer recycled) content and is manufactured through 100% Renewable Wind Power Electricity, making them carbon neutral.
Available from all major Sol de Janeiro outlets, the new refill pods are priced at £42 (versus £48 for the full jar).
