Editors' Picks: New launches from RMS Beauty, Glossier, The Organic Pharmacy and more...
From Nails.INC's 4-in-1 nail polish to The Organic Pharmacy's night essence, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.
1-Step Gel It's Topless Nail Polish, Nails.INC
When it comes to painting my nails, I like the process to be as quick and easy as possible. That’s why Nails.INC's latest launch caught my eye this week as the first 4-in-1 nail polish that offers a gel-like finish in just one step.
With a built-in base coat, treatment, colour and top coat, the formulation contains a new latest-generation Alkyd resin (film-former) to provide extreme wear-proof quality (another one of my non negotiables).
What's more, the product is highly pigmented, promising perfect coverage after two coats of application, and features glass particles to offer the high shine, gel-like effect.
I’d like one in every colour, please. And, if you would too, head to Nails.INC's website to check out the full range.

Futuredew Solid, Glossier
At the beginning of 2025, TheIndustry.beauty packed up and moved to a new office in Covent Garden. The pro? Glossier's flagship is down the street. The con? Glossier's flagship is down the street. It's too often that I, along with my scratched-up debit card, am lured into the glossy pale pink store.
In my recent outing, I came across its latest launch - Futuredew Solid (£26). Previously, the formula was on offer in an oil-serum hybrid, but now the beauty brand has brought out the bestseller in a solid stick for targeted application.
The Futuredew Solid promises the same, moisturised glow at the drop of a hat (or stick). Plus, it's infused with squalane, sea fennel extract and vitamin E for deep hydration.
My favourite way to use it is to apply it at the last step in my makeup routine to give that 'light from within' look.

Coconut Clean Cleansing Balm and Kakadu Clean Cleansing Gel, RMS Beauty
As a big fan of the double cleanse, RMS Beauty's new product duo caught my attention this week. Expanding its skincare range, the brand has introduced a new Coconut Clean Cleansing Balm and Kakadu Clean Cleansing Gel, offering a new luxurious way to wash off the day off.
The cleansing balm (£43) is a rich balm-to-oil cleanser that works to remove makeup, sun cream and any surface impurities while keeping your moisture barrier intact. It is formulated with 100% organic coconut oil and kakadu plum seed oil - one of the most natural and stable forms of vitamin C - to nourish, balance and cleanse the skin.
Follow up with the cleansing gel (£37), which boasts a range of "kind-to-biome" ingredients such as wild mint leaf to reduce the appearance of pores and the brand's own adaptogenic herbal blend infused with glycerin to balance and hydrate the skin. Available now at Cult Beauty.

Rose Exfoliating Night Essence, The Organic Pharmacy
Dry, rough skin for winter? Groundbreaking.
But there’s no need to panic. The Organic Pharmacy has created its Rose Exfoliating Night Essence, a pharmacist-formulated serum packed with gentle yet powerful ingredients that offer a one-way ticket to brighter, firmer skin overnight.
The essence gently exfoliates whilst hydrating and improving skin elasticity, leaving the skin feeling fresh. Key ingredients include retinol, hyaluronic acid and rose floral water. Plus, it is clinically proven and dermatologically tested, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
The Exfoliating Night Essence is £32 for 150ml (bargain) and is available online at The Organic Pharmacy, as well as in-store at The Organic Pharmacy's flagship Chelsea clinic.

Firming Eye Treatment, REOME
REOME has unveiled its latest launch, featuring a "groundbreaking" new skincare ingredient created in partnership with L'Oréal-backed biotech lab Debut.
Interestingly, the brand's new Firming Eye Treatment is powered by DHK-3, a triple-hydroxy flavonoid found in multiple therapeutic plants, but one which has never been available as a pure ingredient at scale, until now.
Beyond simply ridding the area of fine lines, the "next generation" formula is tailored to bring health, firmness, and vitality to the most delicate area of the face, which in turn promotes smoother, more radiant, and hydrated skin.
Boosted by additional biotech and bio-fermented actives, other ingredients include sunflower seed essence to diminish dark circles and brighten skin, as well as the rich mineral content of arctic sea water to refortify the skin’s cellular matrix, bringing firmness to slackened skin. A pro-collagen bio-ferment and micro-algae extract also promote collagen and skin elasticity to help mitigate the formation of fine lines, for a fresh, well-rested appearance.
