Editors' Picks: New launches from Starface, Lottie London, JVN and more...
From Starface's pink pimple patches to a playful Netflix collaboration from Lottie London, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.

Limited-edition Pink Hydro-Star, Starface
My love affair with pimple patches started during lockdown. Why? you ask... because I had too much time on my hands and a pesky pimple was unacceptable for nights spent on the House Party app. After trialling all sorts of pimple patches, it was clear that Starface – thanks to its aesthetic appeal – was the way to go.
From yellow to green stars, I've tried them all. Now, the skincare brand has launched limited-edition acne care patches in four pink tones. Each pack of 16 Pink Star are effectively designed to absorb fluid, reduce the appearance of inflammation, and shrink spots while bringing a hint of fun to your face. Plus, they’re a gentle reminder to avoid skin picking.

Nurture Intense Hydration Mask, JVN
A fond memory of mine is forcing a very reluctant boyfriend to watch Queer Eye. By the end of the first episode, he was crying as a formerly gruff dump truck driver applied a greenstick to his Rosacea. Jonathan Van Ness is a luminary in many spaces, but beauty and grooming are their true calling—their hair has wattage.
So naturally, when their brand JVN launched its Nurture Intense Hydration Mask (£29) in SpaceNK, my immediate reaction was, ‘Say less’. I needed to know how to get those luscious locks for myself, and I was not disappointed. I was recently told by a woman on the street that I needed to eat my greens as my hair lacked shine, so I was well overdue for some TLC from JVN. My hair is now practically beaming, and the orange-derived keratin alternative has staved off any unwanted frizz, too.
Van Ness said: “There is a real appetite for JVN Hair [in the UK] – our products, our stylists, our community, are symbiotically working together to create loyalty. When we launched in 2022, science-backed sustainable haircare really resonated with people as much as our message to see all beauty, serve all beauty and honour the uniqueness in each of us."

Outer Banks Endless Summer Collection, Lottie London
Netflix isn't one to shy away from beauty collaborations, but they never get old. Lottie London has successfully fused makeup and TV - two of my greatest passions - with its latest Outer Banks Endless Summer collection. From dusty pink dewy blushes to sparkly gold body glitters, the collection will have you summer-ready for your next beach holiday.
The 6-piece range includes P4L Lip Peptide Balm (£6.95), Kookproof Lip & Cheek Balm in gold and pink (£6.95), Treasure Map Glow Brick (£7.95), The Pogues Face & Eye Palette (£8.95) and The Gold Multipurpose Dry Oil (£9.95).
Not only has Lottie London created make-up bag must-haves, but it's also donating 10% from each Outer Banks collection sale to Toiletries Amnesty. The charity works to support homeless shelters and hostels, women’s refuges, mental health services, end-of-life care hospices, food banks, NHS Trust services, refugee support services, LGBTQ+ groups, prison services, children’s centres, young people’s services, schools, colleges, community groups and other organisations that are in need.

ARgENTUM - NEW Luminous Day & Night Silver Serum
The latest launch from luxury skincare brand ARgENTUM, promises to deliver 'radiance with a smoothing Botox-like effect'.
No visit to a specialist aesthetician is needed for this patented fusion of Silver Hydrosol & DNA HP complemented by the power of hexapeptide, ArgirelineR Amplified, and a concentrated extract of Chaga mushroom to smooth and perfect the skin for the healthiest glow.
“We chose our deeply romantic and microbiome-kind LOVER fragrance to uplift this multi-function serum with an extra layer of therapeutic care. The scent of roses instantly signals to the nervous system to slow down and find a moment for self-love and calm. Serums are traditionally applied before moisturiser, but you can also apply le sérum infini after la potion infinie for a radiant glow ~ it makes you look and feel as though you’ve just been kissed and are totally in love with life!”- Joy Isaacs, ARgENTUM Founder & CEO
The luminous day & night silver serum (le sérum infini) is available now at argentumapothecary.com

Hair by Sam McKnight Minis
I'm abroad as I type this. I travel a lot. And yet it is only relatively recently that I've mastered the art of travelling light. Or at least not travelling with the equivalent of a small branch of Space NK and half the contents of my wardrobe "just in case".
My new travel-efficient self has recently come to appreciate minis. They are nothing new of course, but it's not always the case that I can find them in my favourite brands and, yes, I know I can decant things into small bottles but I'm not that travel-efficient yet. (I'm mastering the art of travelling light but have not yet cracked the art of packing ahead of time).
So, it is with great glee that I find that hair wizard Sam McKnight is now offering his luxury haircare and styling collection in mini sizes ahead of the holiday season.
Included in the mini range are the Modern Hairspray (50ml, £15), which offers hold and high-shine finish but which brushes out with ease, which is perfect for slicking back hair for the pool.
For beachy waves, you can turn to the Sundaze product (50ml, £14), which promises that "piecey beach texture" and also protects your hair from the sun.
For volume and lift, there is Superlift (50ml, £14), which adds instant volume and hold to roots once blow dried for fuller, thicker-looking hair.
Perfect hair and no excess baggage charge, it's a win-win.
