Here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.

Supergoop!

Mineral Glowscreen Drops, Supergoop

As a big fan of Supergoop’s Protec(Tint), I always keep an eye out for anything new from the brand - and this latest launch has instantly earned a spot on my wish list.

Available in two shades, the new Glowscreen Drops are lightweight mineral SPF drops designed to give skin a soft, radiant glow while enhancing its overall health.

Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, the formula is fragrance-free and enriched with a nourishing blend of blue pea flower and strawberry oil to help brighten, hydrate and soften.

With broad-spectrum SPF 30 mineral protection against UVA and UVB rays, this formula delivers a luminous yet natural finish - and it can be yours for £36.50, available at Sephora.

AlphaH

Multi-Peptide Revitalise Serum, Alpha-H

Australian skincare brand Alpha-H is one of my favourites; its Firming Collagen Repair Cream is one that I turn to time again when I feel my skin is under stress and it produces one of the only cream cleansers that I get along with.

Its latest addition to its already excellent line-up caught my eye and has found its way onto my favourites list. This Multi-Peptide Serum is described as "reset for the skin". It's lightweight, fragrance-free and slips almost unnoticed into any skincare routine, but the results you will notice. You feel refreshed immediately, and in six weeks (I'll have to report back when I get there), the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles are softened.

This low-key but high-performance serum combines two clinically tested peptides, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, known as the 'Botox peptide', and Oligopeptide-1 (EGF), with micro-algae-derived Micropeptides and antioxidant-rich Daikon Seed Oil to help skin appear visibly firmer, plumper, and more supple over time. They are water-binding and pro-collagen peptides that boost collagen production and get to work on your lines.

I shall look forward to seeing how this works long-term; I have high hopes.

Available now at Cult Beauty for £59 (30ml).

Vanilla Matcha, Fussy

Matcha has long been a superstar in the food and beverage world, from creamy lattes to decadent desserts, but its influence is now spilling over into the beauty industry.

Tea-inspired scents are having a moment, showing up everywhere from skincare to fragrance and wellness rituals - and brands like Le Labo with its Thé Matcha and Phlur’s Matcha Milk are proving that it is more than just a flavour.

Even if you’re not sold on sipping it, matcha’s subtle, earthy, and slightly sweet notes are making waves in fragrance. Natural deodorant brand Fussy is taking the trend a step further. Its newest release, Vanilla Matcha, blends the creamy warmth of vanilla with matcha tonka bean.

The result is a deodorant that doesn’t just keep you fresh, but doubles as a subtle, wearable scent that promises to elevate your everyday routine.

Salmon DNA collection, Rodial

While I've always loved eating salmon, especially due to its high protein and Omega-3 content, I've never previously considered its usefulness in skincare. Why is it so effective? It turns out salmon DNA's molecular structure is nearly identical to that of human DNA (who knew!), and it therefore can provide biocompatibility for tissue repair, deep hydration and collagen production.

For skincare, it packs quite a punch - and can act as a potent anti-ageing ingredient, as well as accelerate cellular regeneration, reduce inflammation and strengthen the skin barrier.

It's no surprise, then, that it’s gaining traction in the beauty sector, and the ingredient has now been adopted by the high-tech, innovative skincare brand Rodial. After two years of formulation, 42 iterations, and countless hours of research, the brand has now launched its first suite of salmon DNA products.

These include the first-of-its-kind bi-phase oil, which features 59% active ingredients and offers both instant nourishment and deep-layer rejuvenation, and Jelly Eye Patches that help address the appearance of fine lines, dehydration and signs of fatigue. To round it off, the Hydrogel Face Mask supports skin repair, boosts firmness and restores a smooth, radiant, youthful appearance.

Peptide Lip Perfector, Alpha-H

My desk and bag are full of lip balms. I LOVE A LIP BALM! But I'm not a fan of those heavy, sticky, glossy lip balms, so this one has fast become my go-to due to its lightweight, melting formula. Please don't think this is lightweight in the technology department, though.

This peppermint-infused lip treatment brings skincare-grade peptide technology to the lips, pairing Tripeptide-1 with Sodium Hyaluronate and plant-based Lanolin to help lips feel hydrated and nourished. This balm promises to smooth the appearance of fine lines while supporting a softer, plumper-looking finish over time.

Available now from Cult Beauty, priced at £22.99.
