Editors' Picks: New launches from Valentino Beauty, Beauty Works, Lancôme and more...
Here are some of this week’s news and features highlights handpicked by TheIndustry.beauty team.

Born in Roma Body Shimmer, Valentino Beauty
Valentino Beauty’s latest launch is here just in time for party season - a new body shimmer that promises to be your go-to for glowing, radiant skin.
Scented with the Born in Roma Donna fragrance, this gel shimmer is formulated with the brand’s Roma-Light Complex, infused with light-reflecting pearls and nacre to capture and reflect light from every angle.
Enriched with hyaluronic acid, it not only promises a luminous finish but also keeps skin feeling hydrated, fresh, and silky-smooth "all night long". To use, simply massage it into the skin with your hands or a brush for a soft, radiant glow.
Priced at £50, the Born in Roma Body Shimmer is now available at Sephora.

Molly-Mae Limited Edition Curl Kit, Beauty Works
I’ve tried a lot of curling wands over the years, but Molly-Mae’s new collab with Beauty Works is definitely up there. Out of the Hot Brush (£115) and 32mm Curler (£115), I was drawn to the latter. The new launch is designed specifically for longer hair and natural extensions, meaning it glides effortlessly, letting me curl larger sections in less time. For someone with thick, frizzy hair, it's a game-changer.
The tourmaline-coated barrel emits negative ions, which is a fancy way of saying: frizz, consider yourself evicted. Combined with advanced Ionic Technology, your hair emerges shiny, smooth and suspiciously obedient. Adjustable heat from 80 to 220 degrees celsius means even the most delicate strands aren’t sacrificed to the altar of styling, while the LCD display makes temperature control as satisfying as ticking boxes on a to-do list. Plus, the cool tip and 360-degree swivel cord make twisting tricky sections around the barrel surprisingly easy.
The kit itself feels like a gift to yourself: curl clips, a soft-bristle brush, a heat-proof glove and a travel bag - everything you need to create long-lasting waves.
The Beauty Works x Molly-Mae Curl Collection is available at Beauty Works and Lookfantastic now.

Rénergie Nano Resurfacer 400-Booster, Lancôme
Lancôme has just launched its first at-home beauty tech device. I had a sneak peek at this at a tech showcase from L'Oréal Group a few months ago and I loved it. Am glad to see it has now made it to market.
Inspired by microneedling, the Rénergie Nano Resurfacer 400-Booster is designed to improve skin texture, lines, wrinkles, firmness and skin tone evenness – all at the touch of a button. I'm a bit squeamish about microneedling but this was lovely (relaxing even) to use.
Designed to be used with the Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum, this skin resurfacing device features 400+ ultra-precise nano-tips to help renew skin surface and boost the formula penetration in the outermost layer of the skin.
The nano-tips are made of crystallised silicon for optimal biocompatibility, stability, and precision, and generate 3,000-5,000 tapping motions per minute.
These nano-tips can be replaced with an easy-to-insert cartridge. Each device comes with 12 single-use cartridges, enough to complete a four week routine (you should be using this around three times a week).
The device itself costs £250 and the cartridges are £50 and are available at Boots or www.lancome.co.uk. It's an investment but it delivers.

INORA
While not a brand-new product launch, INORA is making waves with its official debut in the UK wellness market. This premium liquid supplement brand offers doctor-formulated blends designed for maximum absorption and real, tangible results.
What sets INORA apart? It’s more than just another supplement. Founded with a mission to simplify and elevate everyday wellness, INORA was developed in collaboration with an NHS-trained physician and a team of PhD researchers. With a deep commitment to medical expertise, ingredient integrity, and rigorous testing, the brand promises a science-led, trustworthy approach to modern wellbeing.
As someone just beginning their own supplement journey, I’m intrigued - and it’ll be interesting to see what our wellness king (and co-founder) Antony Hawman thinks of this new launch too.
INORA is available direct-to-consumer and through curated wellness retailer Healf.

Drx Spectralite Faceware PRO LED Face Mask in Power Pink, Dr Dennis Gross
LED masks are really having a moment. Between TikTok demos, influencer bathroom selfies and a flood of high-tech at-home devices promising everything from glass skin to poreless perfection, choosing the right one feels like online dating - they all promise radiance, but can they deliver commitment?
After weeks of research (and scrolling reviews at 1am), I settled on the Dr Dennis Gross DRx Spectralite Faceware Pro in Power Pink (a new rendition exclusive to Space NK). To my boyfriend's delight, this mask is more Iron Man chic than horror-movie prop. At £495, it’s not exactly a spontaneous buy, but it’s the gold standard for a reason.
This medical-grade LED mask features three light modes: red light to boost collagen and elastin for plumper, firmer skin, blue light to target acne-causing bacteria, and combination mode for the overachievers who want to tackle fine lines and blemishes simultaneously.
For the most effective use, Dr. Dennis Gross himself has some words of wisdom: "Light therapy should be done on a clean, dry face. Applying topical products beforehand will block the LED from penetrating the skin, and you won't see the best results. The SpectraLite FaceWare Pro should be used at any time for three minutes daily. If your device sits on the shelf, it won't work. Consistency is key for great results."
Three minutes a day? Getting that glow has never been easier.
