Editors' Top Picks: New launches from BaByliss, NOYZ, The Inkey List and more...
From a niche new fragrance line, NOYZ, to The Inkey list's cure for acne, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.
NOYZ
NOYZ, a niche fragrance brand, was launched yesterday by the same incubator that was behind Millie Bobby Brown's and Tracee Ellis Ross' beauty brands. But that's not what drew me to the new launch. For me, it was NOYZ's unique selling point. It crafts long-lasting fragrances inspired by real stories and raw feelings. I don't know about you, but this is the first time I've seen a range enter the market that is designed to spark conversations around mental health via "expressive" scents. Genius! What's more, when I read that the esteemed retailer, Harrods, is set to become its exclusive retail partner globally, I knew Neff had a hit on his hands.
The collection comprises four evocative fragrances: Love Club (Fruity/Floral/Woody), Unmute (Amber/Woody/Vanilla), Lost + Found (Citrus/Woody) and Sh**ty Day (Amber/Aromatic). I don't even need to try it to know that Sh**ty Day is going to be a best-seller. Who wouldn't want to smell delicious while exuding uncompromising irony? Each fragrance is available in 50ml (£85) as well as a sample EDP Discovery set (£22).

Hydrocolloid Invisible Pimple Patches, The Inkey List
At my all-girls secondary school, it was considered odd to wear makeup, which is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because the unspoken rule meant we were forced to accept our un-manicured visage for all its pubescent, acne-prone glory. A curse, because on certain days of teenhood, that acceptance is fairly harrowing.
If only we’d had pimple patches! The teens of today don’t know they’re born in that regard. The Inkey List sees your star shapes and raises your school-proof INVISIBLE pimple patches. They are designed to sink into the skin with exclusive Invisiblur technology and their ultra-thin and ultra-matte finish makes them undetectable (to teachers, to friends, to anyone).
Plus, they are clinically proven to deliver results in a record-breaking four hours, so by the lunch bell your zit will be ancient history, whether you study that or not.

Air Wand, BaByliss
I’ve been a Dyson Airwrap die-hard fan ever since I nicked it off my mum. You best believe she managed to hunt it down just weeks after its launch in 2018 – wow, I can’t believe it’s been so long since my hair game levelled up. But, for those of you who may not have a shop-a-holic mother who you can pinch styling tools off of, BaByliss has launched a more affordable next-best thing.
Thanks to BaByliss - a brand I've had a love affair with since I was gifted my first curling wand at age 11 - you can get your hands on a hairdryer, straighter and styler all in one for £120. The Air Wand – an air-powered all-in-one hair system – combines the performance of a hairdryer, with the smoothing power of a hair straightener and the volumising effect of a styler. The hero feature of this tool? For me, it is the built-in Ultra Care Mode, which offers extra hair protection. Well, either that or its ability to eliminate frizz in an instant. Sign me up.

Glow with Pride Set, Eve Lom
It’s always a bonus to hear that your skincare is doing good things in other ways than solely for your skin. It’s wonderful to see that Eve Lom has partnered with Stonewall, a UK-based charity fighting for the freedom, equity, and potential of LGBTQ+ people everywhere.
There are six products in the set: cleanser, foaming cream cleanser, rescue mask, radiance repair retinol serum, moisture cream and kiss mix (a lip nourishing treatment). My favourite is the foaming cream cleanser, as the enzyme-infused foam dissolves skin impurities without drying out my skin and clogging my pores. Plus, the foaming cream gives it that luxurious edge on regular cleansers.

Farmacy Lip Smoothies, New Mango and Kiwi & Pear flavours
I have the Farmacy Honey & Vanilla Lip Smoothie on my nightstand and I love it. I never got to sleep without generously slathering this across my lips making sure I go way outside the lines to help prevent any lines from developing and to reduce the appearance of those that are there.
When I wake up my lips still feel moisturised and that's thanks to the the formula that is packed with peptides and Vitamin C and which is clinically proven to lock in moisture for eight hours. It has a pleasing texture which is thick enough to give a luxurious feel but not so thick that it doesn't glide on effortlessly.
As well as Honey & Vanilla (two ingredients I always gravitate to) it had to this point also been available in Apple. But now happily I have even more choice as new Mango and Kiwi & Pear versions have been added to the line. I'll be adding those to my nightstand too.
Available now from Space NK priced at £20.
