Elemis co-founder exits after 33 years
Elemis co-founder and Chief Product & Sustainability Officer, Oriele Frank, is stepping away from the brand after 33 years.
Announcing her decision on LinkedIn, Frank said it was "time for a new chapter".
She added: "I’ll continue to advise, mentor, and inspire brands and entrepreneurs on their own journeys, while championing the idea that business can be a force for good - without compromising growth or profitability.
"I leave with so many incredible memories, friendships, and experiences. I’m especially proud to have co-created the world-renowned Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm and, of course, the beloved Pro-Collagen Marine Cream."
Elemis was founded by entrepreneur and investor Linda Steiner, whose vision was to create a skincare range as close to nature as possible. She was joined by the co-founding trio of Frank, Noella Gabriel, and Sean Harrington, each bringing distinct expertise that helped shape the brand into what it is today.
Over the years, Frank has held several key roles at Elemis, including Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director and, since October 2020, Chief Product & Sustainability Officer.
As a global British skincare brand with more than 30 years of research and development, Elemis remains committed to unlocking the secrets of skin longevity. The brand aims to empower consumers with the knowledge and products to support collagen health - and, in turn, overall skin wellness.
All Elemis products are developed at the brand’s Innovation Hub in London and manufactured in England, with sustainability at the core of the operation - a commitment championed by Frank throughout her tenure.
