Elemis names former Coty exec as UK Commercial Director
Elemis has appointed Victoria Ritchie as its new UK Commercial Director.
Ritchie joins the British skincare brand from Coty, where she most recently held the role of Director of Field, Education, Flagship & Department Stores.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Retail for Hermès Beauty across the UK and Ireland and has also held senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and L’Oréal.
Announcing her appointment on LinkedIn, Ritchie said: "New chapter unlocked. Really excited to share that I have joined Elemis as UK Commercial Director. Founder-led, customer-first, built with real intention - everything I am so passionate about in the world of beauty. A proud moment."
Elemis was founded by entrepreneur and investor Linda Steiner with the vision of creating a nature-inspired skincare brand. She was later joined by co-founders Noella Gabriel, Sean Harrington and Oriele Frank, each contributing distinct areas of expertise.
Today, the brand is best known for its high-performance skincare, including the bestselling Pro-Collagen range.
Ritchie’s appointment follows the departure of Susan Harvey, who stepped down as UK General Manager last year after nearly 14 years with Elemis.
