Entrepreneurs: Harper Concierge is aiming to take stress out of online shopping returns

Not many people know that in the nondescript London suburb of Dollis Hill, the code-breaking Colossus computer which helped win the Second World War was built. But now the area can claim to be the home of another innovation tackling a first-world headache of admittedly less global import: online delivery woes.

Entrepreneur Liam Young thinks Harper Concierge, the upmarket clothing delivery and returns firm he set up in 2017, is bringing something new to the crowded digital shopping market. After all, who wants the hassle of returning goods you don’t want?
