Estée Lauder appoints new Global Brand President

Estée Lauder Companies has announced Justin Boxford as the new Global Brand President of Estée Lauder.

Boxford succeeds Stéphane de La Faverie, whose promotion to Executive Group President was part of an organisational evolution announced last week.

As Global Brand President, Boxford will be responsible for driving Estée Lauder’s short-term and long-term strategy, including innovation, product development, North America and international growth, consumer marketing and distribution evolution.

In his new role, Boxford reports to de La Faveri and also serves on the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Boxford joins Estée Lauder after almost six years at La Mer. Under his leadership, La Mer expanded and diversified its product portfolio, building multiple hero engines of growth, and launching products that have strengthened the brand’s luxury architecture.

Prior to joining La Mer, he held the position of Senior Vice President International at Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty.
