The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Lahnie Strange as Senior Vice President, Global General Manager of Bobbi Brown.

The appointment marks Strange's return to Bobbi Brown, having previously served as Executive Director of Global Marketing for Colour from 2010-2013 and Vice President of Global Marketing from 2013-2016.

Most recently, Strange held the role of Senior Vice President, Global General Manager of Estée Lauder and AERIN in North America. Under her leadership, Estée Lauder North America evolved its business with "tailored, field-driven, locally-relevant marketing strategies" and realised new growth opportunities through expanded consumer reach at key retailers.

In her new role, Strange will work to "further elevate Bobbi Brown’s aspirational and luxury positioning, deepen the brand’s approach to artist-led teaching, dial up its New York roots and continue to inspire teams worldwide to empower all women to own their natural beauty".

Working closely with Sandra Main, President Global Brands at La Mer and Bobbi Brown, she will also lead the global brand strategy and new product and commercial innovation, building and expanding upon hero products to further fuel their momentum.

Commenting on the appointment, Sandra Main said: “Having previously spent nearly six years in marketing leadership roles at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Lahnie returns to the brand where she will leverage her deep understanding of our artistry-led brand to continue driving growth across winning consumer segments, channels and markets.

“Lahnie’s prior experience at Bobbi Brown, collaborative approach to business, dedication to brand-building, and deep expertise in makeup and skincare make her ideally suited to lead the brand into its next chapter of growth.”
