Estée Lauder launches fund to support female leadership

Estée Lauder has announced the launch of its Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, hoping to support a new generation of emerging women leaders and challenge the gender stereotypes of leadership.

The fund aims to support global organisations that provide opportunities for leadership development, cultivate supportive communities and advocate for emerging leaders. With global nonprofit Vital Voices as the inaugural program partner, the program will commence in July 2022.

Estée Lauder has made an initial $1 million investment into the fund, with additional grants to be announced in the coming year.
