The Estée Lauder Companies has re-shuffled its leadership team in the UK and Ireland, naming three new regional general managers across its portfolio of brands.

Among the new appointments is Kellie Billett, who has been named as Vice President and General Manager of Bobbi Brown, La Mer and Darphin, effective 1 February 2024.

Billett most recently served as Acting General Manager for MAC Cosmetics and Too Faced in UK and Ireland.

She has been replaced by Ipek Ersavas, who has taken on the role of Vice President and General Manager at the two brands.

Ersavas joined Estée Lauder in 2020 and over the last three years has served as the General Manager of its Turkey Affiliate.

Prior to this, she spent nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble in roles across multiple categories and geographies.

Laura Maxwell has also assumed the role of Brand General Manager at Aveda, Origins and Bumble & bumble.

Maxwell previously served as Sales, Commenrcial & Education Director for Estée Lauder, Aerin and Aramis from March 2019.

Sue Fox, President at The Estée Lauder Companies UK&I, said: "I am thrilled for these well-deserved appointments.

"We are delighted to continue to support the incredible talent in our organisation to grow with the company."

The leadership re-shuffle follows the appointment of Ruby Dhillon as Brand Manager of Le Labo UK&I in September 2023.

Dhillon has more than 15 years experience in both marketing and communications in senior roles at P&G and L’Oréal Luxe.
