FACEGYM confirms first UK franchise openings and 28-site expansion plan
FACEGYM has confirmed the opening of four new UK studios between May and the end of June 2026, marking the first phase of expansion under its newly introduced franchise model.
The initial rollout will see new studios open in Cambridge, Richmond, Liverpool Street (London) and Manchester, with 28 additional locations planned across the UK over the next three years.
This expansion aims to strengthen FACEGYM’s presence in key UK markets while extending access to its results-driven approach to skincare, which positions facial treatments as a form of “workout” combining fitness principles with aesthetic skincare techniques.

The franchise framework has been designed to ensure a consistent brand experience while enabling experienced operators to manage studios at a local level.
According to the company, the model is intended to preserve its high standards, client-focused ethos and distinctive methodology, while also supporting more efficient and scalable growth.
Angelo Castello, CEO of FACEGYM, said: "This marks a significant milestone in FACEGYM’s evolution as we move into a new phase of scalable growth through franchising.
"What’s critical for us is partnering with operators who not only bring strong knowledge of the local market, but who truly understand and believe in the FACEGYM methodology.
"The calibre of partners we are launching with reflects that ambition, and we see this as just the beginning of a much larger global expansion."
The Cambridge studio will be located in Grand Arcade and operated by franchise partner Today Forever. In Manchester, the King Street site will be led by franchise partners Minesh and Hoosein.
In Richmond, the George Street studio will be owned and operated by James Culley-Harris, while the Liverpool Street location in Broadgate will be run by Acca Group’s Head of Retail Services, Jora Sohal.
Founded in 2014 by Inge Theron, FACEGYM has expanded from a single London studio into an international beauty and wellness brand known for its facial fitness concept, combining in-studio treatments with at-home tools and skincare products.
Under Castello, who joined in 2023, the company has shifted towards a more scalable operating model. While early growth focused on cultural visibility and brand momentum, the current strategy emphasises structured expansion and franchising to support broader growth.
