Facegym signs for second standalone UK studio outside London
Facegym has signed for its second standalone studio in the UK outside London, with a new 1,772 sq ft location set to open at Victoria Gate in Leeds.
The studio will offer the brand’s non-invasive facial workouts, combining advanced massage techniques, technology and performance-led skincare.
Treatments are designed to lift, sculpt and strengthen the skin, with customers able to access personalised treatments from trained specialists alongside Facegym's skincare range.
Angelo Castello, CEO at Facegym, said: "We're incredibly excited to bring Facegym to Leeds and to open in the beautiful Victoria Gate. The city has a thriving beauty, wellness and retail scene, making it the perfect location for our next studio.
"We've seen growing demand from customers across Yorkshire, and we can't wait to introduce even more people to the benefits of facial fitness."
Founded in 2014 by Inge Theron, Facegym has grown from a single London studio into an international beauty and wellness brand. Its offering combines in-studio facial treatments with at-home tools and skincare products.
Under Castello, who joined in 2023, the company has shifted towards a more scalable operating model. While early growth focused on cultural visibility and brand momentum, the current strategy emphasises structured expansion and franchising to support broader growth.
The Leeds announcement follows the opening of four new Facegym studios in the UK between May and the end of June 2026, marking the first phase of the company’s expansion under its newly introduced franchise model.
The initial rollout included studios in Richmond, Liverpool Street in London and Manchester, located within existing retail stores or members’ clubs, alongside Cambridge, which became Facegym's first standalone location outside London. The new Leeds studio will be the brand’s second standalone location outside the capital.
With a further 28 locations planned across the UK over the next three years, the expansion is part of Facegym's strategy to strengthen its presence in key markets and extend access to its facial fitness concept.
The company's franchise model has been developed to maintain consistency across its network while allowing experienced operators to manage individual studios at a local level. It says the framework is intended to support its client-focused approach and treatment methodology while enabling more scalable growth.
Zahrabibi Kachra, CEO of Today Forever, the franchisee partner behind Facegym Leeds, said: "We believe health and wellbeing is more than a trend – it's a lasting shift in the way people choose to live.
"Facegym perfectly embodies that vision. It offers a truly differentiated experience that combines innovation, performance and self-care, empowering people to invest in themselves in a way that delivers both visible results and lasting confidence."
