Facegym to open first standalone Manchester studio on Kings Street

Facegym is set to open its first standalone studio in Manchester on 9 September, with the new Kings Street location marking the latest step in the brand’s UK expansion through its franchise model.

The new studio will bring Facegym’s facial fitness concept to Manchester, offering non-invasive facial workouts that combine advanced massage techniques, technology and performance-led skincare. Treatments are designed to lift, sculpt and strengthen the skin, with customers able to access personalised treatments from trained specialists.

The Kings Street studio will be led by franchise partners Minesh and Hoosein, who bring experience across retail, telecoms, food and beverage and franchising.

Minesh previously developed an EE franchise business to 12 stores over an 11-year period, while Hoosein built a portfolio of 13 Costa Coffee locations before moving into other ventures spanning telecoms, food and beverage and property.

Together, the pair said they were attracted to Facegym’s approach to facial fitness and the opportunity to introduce the concept to a new audience in Manchester.

The opening follows Facegym’s announcement in May of its first UK franchise rollout, which included four new studios in Cambridge, Richmond, Liverpool Street and Manchester. The company subsequently confirmed a standalone studio in Leeds, which opened as its second standalone location outside London.

The expansion forms part of Facegym’s plans to open 28 additional UK locations over three years as it shifts towards a more scalable franchise-led operating model.

Founded in 2014 by Inge Theron, Facegym has grown from a single London studio into an international beauty and wellness brand, combining in-studio facial treatments with at-home tools and skincare.

To mark the Manchester launch, the first 30 customers visiting the Kings Street studio on 9 September will receive a complimentary Express Signature Sculpt treatment.
