Skincare technology brand Foreo has launched its first-ever body device, forming a key part of the brand's next generation Luna 4 collection.

The Luna 4 body device works to improve the appearance of cellulite by targeting the fluid that accumulates in collagen pockets, as well as gently exfoliating dead skin cells and ingrown hairs.

The device is made from bacteria-resistant silicone touchpoints, which Foreo claims are 35 times more hygienic than brushes with nylon bristles.

It is also clinically proven to remove 99% of dirt and oil on skin, tackling clogged pores and breakouts.

The bodycare launch is part of Foreo's latest collection, which also includes a Luna 4 facial device, with Go, Mini and Plus versions.

For the first time, Foreo's facial device offers gentle and deep cleanse modes for consumers to customise their cleansing routine. It also features different massage patterns and has been designed to be 17% softer than the Luna 3, allowing skin to preserve its natural elasticity.

Boris Raspudic, General UK Manager at Foreo, said: “When we initially launched our cult facial cleansing device, Luna, back in 2013, we knew how important cleansing was for achieving a successful skincare regimen.

"Now, nine years later, cleansing is still as important as ever, and as the leaders of futuristic cleansing solutions we wanted to offer consumers the option to customise their routine. This is why we are very proud and excited to bring the Luna 4 collection to the market, with the inclusion of our first-ever body device.”
