Forest Essentials to open first UK store

Ayurvedic skincare brand Forest Essentials is to open its first UK store at London's Covent Garden in November 2022. 

The store marks the brand's first international store and is designed with minimalism in mind. The space will incorporate touches of Indian artisan design such as ancient Ayurvedic apothecary cabinets.

Through its range of beauty products and experiences, the flagship store will help shoppers to discover Indian beauty treatments and the holistic, wellbeing benefits of ancient Ayurvedic rituals.

It will also offer personalised Dosha consultations, decoding the science behind the Ayurvedic process. Post consultation, shoppers will be able to browse recommended products and access advice on how to best manage other elements of personal wellbeing from sleep, to stress management and nutritional needs.

With its foundations in the ancient science of Ayurveda, Forest Essentials aims to harness the secrets of ancient beauty rituals for skincare, haircare and make-up.

Founded in 2001 by Mira Kulkarni, the brand has worked in conjunction with Estée Lauder Companies as its strategic partner to drive commercial success and expansion globally.

In October 2021, Forest Essentials launched in the UK for the first time with Lookfantastic.
