From Sephora to The Estée Lauder Companies: Shoptalk Europe 2026 spotlights AI and customer connection
Sephora, The Estée Lauder Companies, Christian Louboutin, L'Oreal and flaconi are among the beauty and luxury names heading to Barcelona this June as Shoptalk Europe returns for its 2026 edition - with AI, brand building and the future of physical retail set to dominate the agenda.
Taking place at Fira Gran Via from 9 to 11 June, the event will gather more than 4,500 professionals, one in three at C-suite level, from across the beauty, retail and fashion ecosystem and host over 180 speakers.
Alongside a packed agenda, last year's event facilitated more than 25,000 co-matched business meetings in its ‘Meetup’ programme - cementing its reputation as Europe's most efficient retail networking event.

For beauty brands navigating an increasingly fragmented consumer landscape, it represents a rare opportunity to connect with decision-makers across commerce, technology and brand-building in a single setting.
Zia Daniell Wigder, Global President of Shoptalk, said: "Shoptalk Europe 2026 is where AI and human ingenuity take centre stage. As change accelerates, progress depends on collaboration - that's why it's so important to bring the European retail ecosystem together to exchange ideas, navigate disruption and shape the future of retail.
"In just three days, attendees can achieve what would typically take months, packing in high-value meetings and conversations that directly impact their business."
Here's what to expect from some of the headline speakers:
- Alexis Rollier, Global COO, Sephora // In a session ‘Unified Commerce in Action’, Rollier will examine the practical steps retailers must take to deliver seamless experiences across every channel - online and offline, established and emerging. For Sephora, a brand that has long set the standard for omnichannel beauty retail, his thinking on data alignment, AI integration and stores as experiential hubs will be among the most operationally relevant conversations of the event.
- Nadine Graf, President EMEA, UK&I & Emerging Markets, The Estée Lauder Companies // With Estée Lauder’s 'Beauty Reimagined' transformation gaining real traction - organic revenue up and margins improving for the first time in four years - Graf will share how one of the world's largest beauty businesses is rebuilding for sustainable growth.
- Mark Elkins, General Manager Global Ecommerce, L'Oréal & Dido Schmidt, Director of Global Partnerships, Google // In the session, ‘Agentic Commerce: What’s Here, Real, and Next?’ Elkins will join Schmidt to cut through the hype around agentic commerce - separating what's genuinely transforming retail right now from what remains speculative. For beauty and retail brands weighing where to place their bets in an AI-first world, this one's not to be missed.
- Bastian Siebers, CEO, flaconi, Daniel Gomez, CEO, PANGAIA and Laura Fernandez Plaza, CEO, AWWG // Retail is experiencing an unprecedented pace and scale of disruption and

They are joined by a stellar wider line-up, including the CEO of All Saints as well as the Global President of Vuori, the CTO of Wayfair, the Chief Commercial Officer of COS - with recently registered attendees also including executives from DECIEM, Douglas Group, Marks & Spencer, KICKS, Decathlon, Carrefour and JD Sports.
