'Fruity nails' trend continues to be top choice for consumers this summer
Fruit-inspired nails are one of the biggest looks this summer, that's according to premium nail salon Townhouse, which has seen an influx in requests for these designs over the last few months.
From strawberries and cherries to lemons and limes, or a mixture of them all, this nail art has quickly emerged as a popular summer nail trend.
Even celebrities are jumping on the bandwagon, only boosting the trend further, with American model Hailey Bieber recently donning "farmers market" nails.
It comes after Pinterest's Summer 2024 Trend Report saw searches for fruity nails increase 175%, with searches for grapefruit nails also up 194%, blueberry nail art up 196%, and cute strawberry nails up 240% - with the trend expected to continue throughout the rest of summer.
Juanita Huber-Millet, Founder and Creative Director of Townhouse, told TheIndustry.beauty: "Whether you’re looking to add a fun twist to your everyday look or just fancy a pop of colour, fruit-inspired nails are one of the biggest looks this summer.
