Harvey brings more than 15 years of experience in the prestige beauty sector and joins from Elemis, where she held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently serving as UK General Manager until July 2025.
During her tenure, she contributed to the brand’s growth in the UK market and worked with key retail partners while overseeing commercial performance across multiple channels.

"Her experience, leadership and deep understanding of premium skincare make her the ideal person to help unlock the significant opportunity ahead.
"Combined with the strength of the existing Gatineau team, this marks an exciting step forward for the brand."
In her new role, Harvey will oversee brand, product and commercial strategy, with a focus on long-term growth and strengthening Gatineau's position in the premium skincare market.
Harvey said: "Joining the business at this stage is a real opportunity, the brand has a special heritage, strong foundations and a clear right to win.
"My focus is on building on those strengths, bringing clarity to how we grow, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional products and experiences for both consumers and our partners.
"I'm very much looking forward to working alongside the team to shape the next chapter."
