GHD has announced a series of leadership changes aimed at strengthening its global operating model and supporting continued expansion across markets.

As part of this evolution, the company is transitioning the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer role into a broader Chief Growth Officer (CGO) position.

The change reflects GHD's goal of integrating category strategy, brand building, consumer experience and professional advocacy, digital acceleration, and commercial performance under a single agenda.

Liz Griffiths, currently Managing Director UK&I, will step into the new CGO role. Her experience leading one of GHD's largest markets positions her to oversee the integration of the brand’s global growth functions.

With Griffiths moving to the global role, Ross Leibbrandt, who currently serves as Managing Director APAC, will become Managing Director UK&I. Leibbrandt brings over a decade of leadership experience at GHD and expertise in managing multi-market regions.

Additionally, Norberto Videira, currently Managing Director EMEA, will expand his responsibilities to become Regional Managing Director EMEA & APAC. This consolidation of two key regions under a single leader is intended to "enable greater consistency and operational excellence globally".

Jeroen Temmerman, CEO of GHD, said: "These leadership changes mark an important step in strengthening the way we operate as a global brand. As we celebrate 25 years of GHD, evolving our structure and unifying our growth functions helps create greater consistency, agility, and impact across our markets.

"Liz, Ross, and Norberto are exceptional leaders who bring deep experience, strong commercial acumen, and a shared passion for our brand and consumers. I am excited to work with them in their new roles."
